little rock wedding | marisa & john
Sam and I traveled to Little Rock to find these two lovebirds, completely smitten with each other, and anxiously awaiting their wedding day. Within minutes of talking with them and hearing their precious love story, I was in tears! John shared with us, “The night that I proposed, Marisa was sitting in a chair, she heard her favorite hymn start playing, I walked up to her in a suit, and she knew what was coming… she couldn’t stop laughing OR crying.”
I was struck by their dedication to one another in their dating years. When John talked about Marisa, it was moving. I melted. I will never forget the words he said, “Our wedding day is a day we’ve already lived 100 times, it’s like watching a movie that we are finally going to be IN. We’ve been planning this day, well, really, for 5 years.”
Marisa now tells me that she LOVES being John’s wife, her favorite part about married life is getting to see her best friend all of the time. John is happy that Marisa is finally home in their home together.
Not only was their love adorable and FUN for us to capture, but their families welcomed us with open arms {thank you!!!}, and Marisa styled the wedding day flawlessly. We are excited to share some gorgeous details, which we know will help all of you planning brides out there!
